- Terminal illness / long term conditions including Cancer
- Adults recovering from illness or discharged from hospital
- Adults requiring support to enable them enjoy regular daily living
Our service is commissioned by Social Services, Primary Care Trusts and NHS. We also have private service users who fund their own care or through Direct Payments or Personal Budgets. Contact Us

Our service users feel that we provide a responsive service that aims to help them achieve their desired outcomes, respect their choice, preference and dignity. They are confident that we will provide appropriate information that helps them to make decisions about their lives and chosen style of independence.
I always receive the type of care and respect I had been encouraged to expect. A close friend would be hard put to offer more.
