Service Co-ordination
Our Co-ordinators play a key role in the organisation. They deal with administrative aspects of the service including organising assessment visits and maintenance of our Call Monitoring System. They act as first point of contact and are often the link between our office, commissioning teams and the workers, ensuring that services are appropriately matched. They are responsible for receiving reports and initial feedback from service users.
Our Call monitoring system provides us with real time information that allows us to monitor our services and forms part of our quality management system.
